Corrections, substantive clarifications, and changes to evidence status will be dated here. This page begins with the public launch; past internal research revisions are described only at the level needed to explain the public method.

How to flag a problem

Email a concise description of the concern, the relevant page or source, and a link or locator where possible. A correction can address a factual error, missing limitation, misleading implication, source-link problem, or terminology issue.

What changes get recorded

We will log material changes to public facts, interpretation boundaries, evidence states, and source links. Typographic corrections that do not change meaning may be fixed without a separate log entry.
